Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750mL) dry rosé wine
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 ½ cup raspberry
  • 1 ½ cup sliced strawberries (save extra for garnish)
  • 1 ½ cups club soda
  • Mint
  • Lemon or lime for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add the wine, liqueur and sugar (optional) to a pitcher, and stir.
  2. Add the fruit and a few mint sprigs, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
  3. Add club soda just before serving.
  4. Serve in ice-filled glasses garnished with a strawberry and lemon or lime.
