  • 3½ oz. dry sparkling wine
  • 1½ oz. fresh peach puree

Preparation

  1. Pour peach puree into chilled champagne flute.
  2. Tilt glass slightly and slowly add sparkling wine.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
