Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups assorted sliced fresh fruit (ex: apples, oranges, plums, pineapple)

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 1 day and for up to 2 days.
  2. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
