Ingredients

  • 1 oz. white rum
  • ½ oz. dark rum
  • ½ oz. orange curaçao
  • ½ oz. orgeat syrup
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients except dark rum in a mixer with ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass and float the dark rum on top.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple spear and lemon twist; add a straw.
