Ingredients
1 oz. white rum
½ oz. dark rum
½ oz. orange curaçao
½ oz. orgeat syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Preparation
Shake all ingredients except dark rum in a mixer with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass and float the dark rum on top.
Garnish with a pineapple spear and lemon twist; add a straw.
