White Wine Spritzer

2 oz. Sparkling soda (chilled)
Orange or green apple slice
Add wine to wine glass and top with sparkling soda.
Garnish with orange or green apple slice.

4 oz. Grapefruit juice
1½ oz. Cranberry juice
Add vodka, cranberry, and grapefruit juice to a highball glass filled with ice.
Stir to combine.

3 oz. Tonic Water
Lemon or lime wedge
Add gin to a highball glass filled with ice.
Squeeze in lime wedges to taste, then add them to glass.
Add tonic water; stir to combine.
